Arrival/Sold Out Policy
Due to the nature of our business, it can be difficult to know in advance when we will be busy enough that we will stop selling races to finish out the night. As a general rule, drivers should arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end of business hours, and we strongly encourage them to plan to arrive at least an hour before the event closes for the best chance at ensuring they can race on track. Please be aware there may be days when we sell out the rest of that day’s races and are unable to accommodate more drivers, regardless of when they arrive.
